Pellon Dark Blend Batting — Black

Seventy percent cotton, thirty percent polyester, dyed black and scrim bonded. Under a dark quilt top, white batting glows through the seam lines and along the binding — it is called bearding, it is permanent, and this is the fix.

Use it under black, navy, deep red and any top where most of the fabric is dark. Quilts up to ten inches apart.
