A thin foam core sandwiched between two layers of tricot. It gives a bag wall real thickness for almost no weight, and unlike stacked layers of fleece it does not compress at the seams — a Flex-Foam tote has the same profile at the corner as in the middle.
Sew-in. Trim it out of the seam allowance before turning or the corners will be impossible.
Fusible versions: FF78F1 on one face, FF79F2 on both. Bare foam without the tricot, for fully enclosed panels: 76 Flex-Foam Naked.
