Pellon 841 Stick-N-Tear

Tear-away with an adhesive face and a release paper. Hoop the stabilizer alone, score and peel the paper, then press the fabric onto the sticky surface — the fabric itself never goes in the hoop.
That is the only way to embroider something too small, too thick or too awkward to hoop: collars, cuffs, caps, socks.
