Every order leaves our warehouse in Lebanon, Ohio. We ship within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate 5.95 USD on orders under 49 USD. Free on orders of 49 USD and over. The rate is the same wherever you are in the fifty states, so a small order never costs more than it should.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day leave the same day. Anything later goes out the next business day. From Ohio, ground delivery reaches most of the country in one to three business days, and the far West Coast in four.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We would rather do one country properly than four badly. If you are in Canada and want to be told when that changes, email us and we will keep a note.
What if part of my order is held up?
We ship what we have and send the rest when it lands. You are not charged shipping twice, and you get a second tracking number for the second box.
How is yardage measured?
Anything sold by the yard is cut for your order. We cut generously, so you will never get less than you ordered, but a cut length is accurate to about an inch rather than to the thread.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking is emailed the moment the label is printed, which is usually before the box has left the building. If nothing has arrived within an hour of your shipping confirmation, check the spam folder before writing to us — that is where it usually is.
