If something is not right, we would rather fix it than argue about it.
How long do I have to return something?
Thirty days from the day it arrives. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging — with blades and needles that means the pack is still sealed, for safety reasons we cannot get around.
Who pays for return shipping?
If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, we do. We email you a prepaid label the same day. If you changed your mind, return postage is yours, and we refund the price of the goods.
What cannot be returned?
Two things. Anything cut to order — interfacing, batting, stabilizer, fusible web, fleece, elastic and everything else sold by the yard is cut from a roll for your order, and once it is cut it cannot go back on the roll. And any blade or needle pack with a broken seal.
That is the whole list. No restocking fee, and nothing else quietly excluded further down the page.
How long does a refund take?
We process the refund the day your return arrives. Your bank then takes three to five business days to show it, which is out of our hands but is what usually happens.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Email support@prairieloft.com with your order number and a photograph. We send a replacement without waiting for the damaged item to come back. You do not need to return a torn batting bag or a bent ruler for us to believe you.
What about a colour difference?
White interfacing and batting shift slightly between production batches. That is how these materials are made and is not a fault on its own. If you need an exact match to something you already have, buy enough of it in one order.
