What to include

If it is about an order, your order number gets you an answer in one reply instead of three. If something arrived damaged, a photograph does the same.

If you are not sure what to order

Write to us and describe the project. Telling us the quilt size and whether you are quilting by hand, by machine or on a longarm is usually enough for us to say which batting and thread to use. We would rather answer first than process a return later.
